How to Measure:
This collar is measured from the end of the buckle to the first hole (9") and to the last hole (12"). The adjustment from the first hole to the last is 3 inches. There are four holes. To measure for your pet, use a cloth tape measure (or a piece of string) and measure snugly, but not tightly, around your pet's neck. This will be the small length of the collar (ie. 9"). This leaves up to 3 inches to lengthen the collar to make it fit comfortably.
