The beautiful fan-shaped turkey tail mushrooms are too fibrous and tough to serve on the dinner table but not too tough to extract. First we use water to extract the water soluble compounds and then alcohol to extract the alcohol soluble compounds to make a full-spectrum extract sure to please.
